We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Santa Lucia Train Station and the bus drop off. The room was charming and quiet, with a beautiful view of a nearby museum. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our extended stay hassle-free. The breakfast had a good selection, including delicious homemade cake. great value for money!

The television in the room was quite outdated.

My partner and I stayed at a charming and cozy hotel near the station, with tastefully finished rooms. The breakfast room was wonderful and the buffet breakfast was nice. This hotel location couldn't have been better! It was very near to the train station, which made traveling to and from the hotel so easy. Plus, it was near to the Grand Canal and close to a supermarket. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. The service was friendly and breakfast was delicious. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with plenty of amenities to keep us comfortable during our stay.

The location of the hotel was amazing! It was so close to the train station and boat stop, making it super convenient to explore the city. Plus, there were plenty of great restaurants nearby, so we never had to worry about finding a delicious meal. the staff, apart from one grumpy person, were all very friendly and polite.

As women traveling alone, we loved the convenient location, close to transport links and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel safe and welcome. The breakfast spread was abundant and delicious, and it was great to have the option of an early breakfast if we had to check out early in the morning. The shower had hot water and good water pressure, and the mattress was comfy for a restful sleep. The lovely decor in the reception area added character, even though there was a slight musty smell.
